I'm not too concerned about "safe" spaces but it does matter that we are expected to treat an ideological perspective as an immutable fact. It's an ideological perspective that trans men ARE men and trans women ARE women. The fact is trans men are trans men and trans women are trans women. That's fact, the other is personal perspective based on the idea of an immutable gender identity. There is no scientific explanation for an entity that is of human thought /feeling etc somehow ending up in the "wrong" body. This idea pivots on the premise that we exist other than in our bodies. Are we talking about the soul? The soul need not have to be a gendered entity at all and it is actually a spiritual and psychological theory or theosophy, that we can balance our so called feminine and masculine parts or sides of the self (see Jung's theories for example) The soul is not a separate part of us, but an integral part of our make up. Some believe souls live on, but there's no historical basis for the soul being responsible for gender/sex incongruence.. No this immutable gender identity is a new ideology. If I don't subscribe to the existence of the immutable gender identity, then it's cognitive dissonance for me to acknowledge that trans men ARE men and trans women ARE women. If there is only an idea of the immutable gender identity then it's an idea that only a small minority subscribe to because up until now and throughout human history, male and female and man (adult human male) and woman (adult human female) are /were terms that described the categories of sexual reproduction of our species and their social roles.

I can see the multiverse as a sort of "simulation" with several roads and several outcomes, however, if there is a God, then, the prediction is that several simulations wouldn't be necessary, as God wouldn't waste his time on simulating several outcomes, as he already knows all things, therefore only 1 universe would be necessary. The only exception would be if freewill would be the purpose of a few limited multiverses.

One of the largest issues we have is that we basically don't know much about the universe. We don't know what the majority of the matter is, we don't know what space is, we don't know what time is, We don't know what the big bang was, we don't know what black holes are. We know very, very little about anything. IMO, we don't know enough to even have this conversation.
